Community Alcohol Partnerships (CAP) is working to help young people in Belgrave achieve their full potential through improved education, health, and wellbeing opportunities. The partnership is also committed to providing positive activities for young people, reducing alcohol-related harm, and enhancing the overall quality of life for residents across the community.
